Version ELSA 2.41 from 2001 works only under ENGLISH WINDOWS NT or WINDOWS 2000. Under Russian WINDOWS NT the program does not show electric circuits.
Versions Elsa 2.5 and Elsa 2.6 from 2002 works under anyone WINDOWS NT (SP6a) or WINDOWS 2000 SP2 or WindowsXP.
